Receiving
The first step in order fulfillment is receiving the order. In this stage, products are checked to ensure that they match the clients order and are in good condition. The products are then customized according to the client's order.
Storage
After receiving the order and customizing it, the products are stored until needed. As a 3PL provider we will store products in our warehouse or distribution center, which frees up space for your company to focus on other operational tasks.
Picking and Packing
Once an order is received through our client portal or a clients site the products are picked from the warehouse or distribution center and packed according to the clients specifications. This includes labeling, packaging, and preparing the order for shipment.
Shipping
After picking and packing, the final stage of order fulfillment is shipping. We will arrange for the products to be shipped to the customer via a carrier or courier service.
Returns and Exchanges
We can provide returns and exchanges at the clients request. This includes quality inspection and restocking.
