MUT Shipping Customs Supplier Code of Conduct: Labor Code Compliance, Worker Rights, and Social Sustainability
Purpose: This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all suppliers and subcontractors (collectively referred to as "suppliers") of MUT Shipping Customs regarding labor code compliance, worker rights, and social sustainability. It is our commitment to uphold ethical practices throughout our supply chain in accordance with California and United States laws and regulations.

Legal Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations relating to labor and employment, including but not limited to:

California Labor Code: Adherence to all provisions concerning wages, hours worked, breaks, and working conditions.

U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Compliance with minimum wage, overtime pay, child labor laws, and record-keeping requirements.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards: Providing a safe and healthy work environment, including appropriate safety training and equipment.
